Halloween is only a week away!

The Week of Halloween Oct. 27^th – 31^st

Two Ways to Enter:

-      Stop in any day during the week of Halloween wearing your very best costume

-      OR -

-      Post a photo of your costume on Facebook and tag us in it

We will draw for prizes on Monday afternoon! Prizes for adults and children
Do Not have to be a patient to enter 

Our office will be joining in on the costume fun on Halloween day, Friday, October 31^st.
