DOT Physicals
Federally Certified, Convenient Location, Next Day Appointments
The Department
of Transportation requires some CLP/CDL drivers to get regular physical exams
to make sure they can perform their duties and keep our roads safe. If you are
in need of a DOT physical exam, give our office a call. Dr. Corey Touney is a federally
certified DOT examiner and we often have same day or next day appointments
available. We can also work with companies with multiple drivers to set up a
system of scheduling and billing. All drivers must bring in a valid driver’s license at
the time of exam.
Dr. Touney will perform the physical exam according to the
federal regulations:
Please note, if you suffer from any sort of medical condition (diabetes, attention deficit disorder, depression, high blood pressure, etc.), give our office a call prior to your appointment to find out if you will need to provide additional medical records or a letter from your primary care provider. Without the additional medical records, we may not be able to complete your physical.
Physical are done by appointment only and typically take 30 – 45 minutes to complete. Dr. Touney does have morning and evening hours available Monday – Friday. We often have same day appointments available, but we suggest calling at least one day before to ensure an appointment for your desired day.
Dr. Touney’s Available Hours:
Monday: 9am – 12 pm; 2:30 pm – 6 pm
Tuesday: 9 am – 10 am; 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm
Wednesday: 10 am – 12 pm; 2:30 pm – 6 pm
Thursday: 9am – 12 pm; 2:30 pm – 6 pm
Friday: 9 am – 12:30 pm
